| One of Panama's greatest assets to
boaters is the abundance of Islands that are scattered
along both coasts of the country. Panama City's location
at the heart of the Bay Of Panama allows easy access the
entire Las Perlas Archipelago is a chain of over a hundred
islands starting with Isla Taboga, about 12 miles
South of the City and ending almost 80 miles offshore with
Isla Galera. Most of the Islands are largely undeveloped.
Secluded beaches and private coves are everywhere as you
cruise through the chain. Contadora is the most well known
of the islands and has a regional/domestic airport as well
as a small permanent population. Hotels and resorts are
starting to open on of the other larger Islands of Isla
Del Rey and San Jose.

Typically, Island Hopping trips are 8-10 hours and run
$1200-$1500 depending on how far into the Archipelago we
travel. We prefer groups of no more than 6 people but we
will try to accommodate you if you have an extra or two.
Picnics on deserted beaches, barbeques, snorkeling,
fishing, lunch on Contadora, whale and dolphin watching or
simply exploring this remarkable place and relaxing are
all popular pastimes for our clients and always promise to
deliver a memorable trip. Whether a romantic getaway, or a
family excursion, its your day, and we will do everything
possible to make it as exciting or relaxing as you like. |
